Mandalay is the traditional heart of Burma, where its monarchy has resided is located in the centre of the country. Mandalay is the second city after Yangon and the most important business centre of Myanmar. Places of interest for excursions include May Myo, Mingún, Amarapura, Sagaing and Ava.

First and Second Day
Spain/England to Burma
An overnight flight arrives in Yangon via Europe and/or via a capital city in Asia. Transfer to the hotel and check-in includes a panoramic excursion around the capital. This excursion, depending on arrival time, may be made on the first or the last day. The visit will include a tour around the most emblematic sites of the capital the Sule Pagoda, Swedagon Pagoda and the Scott Market you will be accompanied by a Spanish or English-speaking guide as appropriate.

Third day
Yangon / Bagan
Transfer to airport for the flight to Bagan followed by transfer to the hotel. After check in at the hotel there will be some time to relax before visiting the most beautiful temples in Bagan. During your stay in Bagan, weather permiting, you will take in a sunset from the top of the temple Phya-tha-da and another from a typical boat, while sailing the Ayeyawaddy River.

Fourth day
Barouche
Witness the beautiful temples of Ananda, Shwezigon, Dhammayangyi and Hti lo Min Lo complex. This trip can be made by air conditioned vehicle or for the more daring guests by Bike. There will also be an opportunity to visit the local market of Nyaung 00. Optional excursions include a tour of Mount Popa and a hot air balloon flight.

Fifth-day
Bagan/Mandalay
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Mandalay. In Mandalay we will visit the city, its beautiful palace, its traditional pagodas and monasteries. There will make half day excursions (which are included in price) to Sagaing, the Amarapura looms and its beautiful U-Bein bridge (the longest teak wood bridge in the world).

Sixth and Seventh-day
Tour of Mandalay city and its surroundings
Travel to Mingun to see the largest brick pagoda in the world. Upon our return, Time permiting, you may cross towards Ava in a traditional horse cart. Continuing to the hilltops of Sagaing to take in the wonderful view of the golden Burma, filled with multiple shrines near the Ayeyawaddy River. At the Kuthodaw Pagoda you will see what is known as the "world's largest book," and contemplate its impressive Mahamuni Buddha, filled with gold leaf.

Eighth-day
Mandalay / Heho
Transfer to the airport and flight to Heho. Upon arrival transfer is by road to Nyaung Shwe town which is on Lake Inle, from there you will take a motor boat to your hotel. After check-in at the hotel there will be some time to relax before begining the tour to Phaung Daw Oo pagoda and the Monastery of Cats. Stay here is half board with breakfast and dinner included.


Ninth-day
Transport on the lake is included during your stay. A tour of the local towns and markets can be made by boat, except before a full moon, when the market is usually closed. There is an option to go trekking from the markets, and for the more daring guests an opportunity to visit Kalaw. The stay in Inle is half board.


Tenth-Day
Heho / Yangon
Arrival in Yangon, followed by transfer to your hotel. Here you will have some time to relax or browse the local shops.


Eleventh-day
Breakfast is followed by transfer to the airport for your return flight. The trip will continue for those wish to extend their stay.
