Ngapali Beach
Bagan is the most important archeological centre in Burma its 42 square kilometres contain around 2000 pagodas and temples, which represent the cultural richness of the XI- XIII centuries. Bagan is located at the Ayeyawaddy River’s bank 145 km southwest of Mandalay. Ngapali beach is the ideal place for those who look for a quiet resort. The sand is golden, the sun shines and the sea is warm and transparent. The long sandy beaches give Ngapali a unique landscape. Located at Bengala Bay the beaches offer important fishery resources which are the base of the local economy.
First and Second Day
Spain/England to Burma The flight is overnight arriving in Yangon via Europe and / or a capital city in Asia. Transfer to the hotel and check-in includes a panoramic excursion around the capital. This excursion, depending on arrival time may be on the first or the last day. A Spanish/English speaking guide will show you the most emblematic sites of the capital including the Sule Pagoda, Swedagon Pagoda and Scott Market.
Third day
Yangon / Bagan Transfer to the airport for the flight to Bagan followed by a transfer to the hotel. After check in at the hotel there will be some time to relax before visiting the most beautiful temples in Bagan. During your stay (weather permitting) you will take in a sunset from the top of the Phya-tha-da temple and another while sailing the Ayeyawaddy River.
Fourth and Fifth day
Tour of the temples For these two days a guide and transportation is available to tour the temples (this is included in the package). There is also a trip to the local market and a boat tour along the Ayeyawaddy River. In barouche witness the beautiful temples of Ananda, Shwezigon, Dhammayangyi and Hti lo Min Lo complex. This trip can be made by air conditioned vehicle or for the more daring guests by Bike. There will also be an opportunity to visit the local market of Nyaung oo. Optional excursions include a tour of Mount Popa and a hot air balloon flight.
Sixth day
Bagan/Thandwe Flight to Thandwe followed by transfer to the hotel. Three nights stay at hotel, half board (including breakfast and dinner).
Seventh and Eighth day
Here you will have some time to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Ngapali Beach.
Ninth day
Thandwe/Yangon Arrival in Yangon, followed by transfer to your hotel. Relax or browse the local shops.
Tenth day
Breakfast is followed by transfer to the airport for your return flight. The flight is overnight arriving in England/Spain via Europe and / or a capital city in Asia. Arrival in England/Spain on the eleventh day.
